As a Senior Consultant specializing in Microsoft Identity solutions, you'll be at the forefront of helping clients enhance their cybersecurity posture through Active Directory (AD) optimization and Microsoft Entra ID adoption. Your role will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses and provide recommendations for clients' Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments, including tenant configurations, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Identity Provider (IDP) migrations.
  • Design and implement large-scale AD/Entra ID deployments, migrations, and upgrades.
  • Perform technical health assessments of AD/Entra ID environments before wider rollouts.
  • Support proof-of-concept and production deployments of Entra ID and AD.
  • Assist with Azure B2B and B2C implementations, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect protocols
  • Guide clients through application migration to Entra ID as the Identity Provider
  • Architect and execute AD domain consolidations and migrations.
  • Implement best practices for Group Policy Object (GPO) policies and domain hardening to enhance security posture.
  • Configure and deliver Entra ID and AD security reports, leveraging advanced threat protection capabilities like Microsoft Defender for Identity.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for AD/Entra ID services.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in technical consulting and solution design for Microsoft Identity solutions (MIM and/or Entra ID).
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity and Access Management services or Active Directory implementations.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings and conferences
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with IAM protocols (WS-Fed, SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SC 300, CCSP, CISSP, MCSE)
  • Familiarity with ForgeRock
Compensation
The wage range for this role is based on various factors including skills, experience, certifications, and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, and it's uncommon for new hires to receive offers at the top of the range.
